Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for a different size, we are happy to help.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us and for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection. We only offer an exchange for another size, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to a manufacturing defect that we failed to notice during quality inspection, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item at no additional cost.

Photos of the defect may be required before your request is approved.

Items We Do Not Accept for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• You simply changed your mind.
• You no longer like the item.
• The product meets your expectations but is not to your personal preference.
